We simply cannot wait until this time next year when we have our very own brand new heated community pool facility next door to the school. Woohooo!
This Blog is a diary of all the things we get up to in our very busy classroom. New aquatic centre for Lawrence
Today we were very excited to take part in the official beginning of the new Tuapeka Aquatic Centre. There was a blessing today, followed by a waiata sung by the junior school and then our local Clutha District mayor, Mr Cadogan, climbed aboard a digger and dug the first piece of dirt.
