Caramello brownie and pizza

Caramello Brownie

150g butter
3 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup chocolate chippies
¼ cup cocoa
¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1.   Turn oven on to 180°C.
2.   Melt butter in a large pot.
3.   Stir in sugar.
4.   Add chocolate and vanilla.
5.   Beat in eggs one at a time.
6.   Sift in flour and cocoa, mixing after each addition.

50g butter
¾ cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon golden syrup

1.   Melt these three ingredients together.
2.   Pour brownie mixture into a lined sponge roll tin. 
3.   Pour caramel mixture on top of the brownie mixture.
4.   Swirl together, using a skewer.
5.   Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
