Pinwheel scones and pizza

Pinwheel scones
280g flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
50g butter
½ cup milk

Filling
4 Tablespoons melted butter
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1.   Turn oven on to 220°C.
2.   Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.
3.   Grate butter into the flour mixture.
4.   Rub butter in with your fingertips until it looks like fine breadcrumbs.
5.   Make a well (hole) in the centre.
6.   Gradually add milk and mix with a knife to form a soft dough.
7.   Put the dough onto a lightly floured board.  Knead it lightly and roll out to a rectangle about 1cm thick.
Filling
1.   Brush melted butter over the dough using a pastry brush.
2.   Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon and spread evenly over the dough.
3.   Roll up, starting along the wide end. 
4.   Cut into 3cm slices and place on a greased or floured oven tray.
5.   Bake for 8-10 minutes at 220°C.
